We offer a range of therapeutic sessions

One-One Therapy

One-One Therapy

This involves working with you on an individualistic approach with the style of counselling which is more suitable to the support that may benefit your needs. 


One-to-one therapy is designed to provide you with a safe and supportive space that allows you to explore personal issues and connect with your feelings. 

  

•Address Cultural Stigmas: 

Many individuals come from cultural backgrounds where mental health is stigmatised, making it challenging for them to seek help. Our therapists are well informed and sensitive to these cultural perspectives, using language that resonates with the clients worldview.

Couples Therapy

One-One Therapy

Our counsellors provide a caring, supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you find a way through any difficulties you may be facing in your relationship. Together we will first help you to identify the issues or problems you are facing in your relationship. If you decide couple counselling is the way forward for both of you, you will embark on a series of short-term counselling sessions - anything between six and twelve sessions is normal, but it will depend on the issues you are experiencing. For some couples, counselling is the start of a longer process of discovery while for others, a few sessions of counselling may be all they need to move through a rough patch. You will be able to discuss your expectations with your counsellor. 

Group Therapy

Group therapy brings individuals together who share similar challenges, creating a space of connection, healing, and growth. With guidance from a therapist and support from peers, members explore their experiences and progress together.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy

The main aim of family therapy is to explore and help members of the family to share a better understanding of each other, change any negative behaviours and work on resolving any issues or conflicts within the family. 


There is no age limit to this and we can work with anyone within the family members.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy

This type of therapy is aimed at children who may need a little support or may have experienced unpleasant events in their life. Play therapy helps children to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings and come to a better understanding of their life experiences. Children are consistently expressing themselves through play and therefore is a natural activity for them. This will allow them to learn, explore and communicate and therefore is considered highly effective for helping children to play out what they may be finding difficult to express through words.
